Your first reflexology treatment will include a consultation about your health and lifestyle, followed by a reflexology treatment. The reflexology treatment will involve removing shoes and socks and sitting in a semi-reclining position in a chair or on a professional couch.
The reflexology treatment and health & lifestyle consultation will last approximately 1.5 hours. Subsequent reflexology treatments will last approximately 1 hour.

The session charge is £33 in Upton St Leonards.
From 1st February 2012 each treatment will be £35 in Upton St Leonards, and £38 in Churchdown.
